I thought I would take the time to look back on 2014 and celebrate the amazing opportunity that I had to second shoot almost 30 weddings for JOPHOTO! I was able to spend several weekends shooting with Erin Morrison (as well as Joe and Kathleen on a few occasions) at some really great local venues! Every occasion also gave me the chance work alongside the best wedding vendors in the business! This experience has been better than I could have imagined and it has me looking forward to another packed JOPHOTO wedding schedule for 2015! Here are a just a few of the images captured from throughout the year:
This was my first time photographing this wonderful family, even though I have known them for years. Hopefully it won't be the last! We spent a bright and sunny Saturday morning in the park next to the Blount County Court House in Maryville. As 2014 draws to a close, it was great to get out with these guys and have a wonderful shoot while the weather was still pleasant!
Porter is new in town and he missed his 1 year old photo session during the move to Knoxville. I am happy that his parents found me and we were able to fill out the last panel of first year photos! After that, we went outside and got some of the whole family and a few more of him being "all boy"!
It was really great to reunite with some old friends while getting to photograph this sweet little girl! Olivia's mom and aunt were classmates of mine from Kindergarten all the way through College! We had a great evening at Ijams Nature Center and explored some beautiful areas that I had never seen. I hope you enjoy her images as much as I enjoyed taking them!
I hope everyone that came out on the Volunteer Princess with us this past weekend had a great time! The pictures from the PhotoBooth can be found at the link below. You can download the images, post them to social media and even order prints from the gallery.
I had a wonderful time with little Lexi and her Mommy and Daddy to celebrate her second birthday! She is an absolute doll and a pleasure to work with. She is one of those kids that makes it feel like you are just there to play (and occasionally click the shutter button!)
